USD-CHF @ 1.1383/87.... Range continues --------------------------------------- R: 1.1400 / 1.1440-60 / 1.1500 / 1.1550 S: 1.1325-00 / 1.1270-50 / 1.1200 / 1.1150 The day has seen the pair rise towards 1.14 over the course of the day. However, the pair has some Resistance near the immediate levels and could see the pair slipping towards 1.13 once again if the pair chooses to remain ranged.
A break above would bring 1.15 into the picture. Overall unless the pair breaks the range of 1.12-15 it would be difficult to anticipate any bigger directional moves in the pair.
GBP-USD @ 1.7391/95... Support at 1.74 --------------------------------------- R: 1.7450 / 1.7500-20 / 1.7570 S: 1.7400 / 1.7300 / 1.7260 / 1.7220-00 Cable saw a sharp rise during the day and only after the rise met some Resistance at 1.7520 that the pair slipped lower once again. However, it continues to trade above the Resistance turned Support at 1.7420-00. As long as the pair trades above the mentioned Support, the pair could see a fresh rise towards 1.75.
A break below 1.74 could pressure the pair to dip lower towards 1.7200-7150. Overall the week could see further rise towards 1.77 on abreak of Resistance at 1.7500-20.
AUD-USD @ 0.6918/22... Could slip further on a break of 0.69 ------------------------------------------------ R: 0.7000 / 0.7075 / 0.7120 / 0.7170 S: 0.6965-50 / 0.6900 / 0.6850 / 0.6800 The pair did manage to rise beyond the Resistance at 0.7000. However, the next immediate Resistance at 0.7050 checked further rise and the pair has once again slipped below 0.70 levels.
The slip below 0.70 could be negative for the pair and result in a further sharper decline over the day. The target in case of a slip from here could be close to 0.6800-6750 over the US session.
The high volatility in the pair makes it difficult to comment on the pair. However, the week from hereon could see the volatility subsiding.
