Advice: A lot of data is scheduled for today, but the major one is ECB Rate Announcement at 13:45 CET. Market is already consumed 0.25p hike. It's hard to predict the market reaction, but we believe there will not be enough power for break of 1.19 resistance, so we'll look to open shorts here. Both sides scalps possible. Good luck.
